HOT VULCANISED RUBBER LAGGING – EXTREME PERFORMANCE

Rubber lagging manufactured using an extremely abrasion resistant top rubber layer and an uncured bonding layer to provide high levels of adhesion after autoclave curing.

Adhesion to Steel @ +50 C >10 N/mm & 100% Rubber Tear ASTM D429 Method B
Thickness Available 15 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm
Nominal Thickness +/-1.0 mm
Thickness Variation (all strips/pulley) +/-0.5 mm

Thickness variation is measured on both sides of each lagging strip at each end and in the centre i.e. 6 points on each strip.
