HOW:  Elastotec is a specialist engineering company with a focus on conveyor pulley lagging – this is all we do.

We believe that pulley lagging should last as long as the mechanical components of the pulley – as the cost of conveyor down time for mining companies is measured in thousands of dollars per minute.

A lot of thought and consultation has gone into developing lagging products that minimise down time, and at the same time are kind to the belt. We have a number of high performance lagging systems that provide proven and cost effective solutions.

With a long history in technical elastomers and composites, our staff have used their expertise to change pulley lagging from a consumable item that has to be regularly replaced, to an engineered component that is designed for the service life of the pulley.

Our goal is to increase conveyor availability by onsite consultation with mine maintenance & reliability personnel.
