Elastotec’s Bolt On Wear Panels deliver proven wear and impact resistance in the harshest operating environments. Designed for mining and bulk material handling applications, these panels combine high-performance ceramic tiles with a resilient rubber layer and a robust backing plate.
The result is a durable, precision-engineered liner that provides superior protection against abrasion, impact, and corrosion.
Available in a range of ceramic grades including:
- Aluminium Oxide (92% and 96%)
- Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA)
- Yttria Toughened Zirconia (YTZ)
Bolt On Wear Panels can be tailored to suit specific performance and budget requirements. Backing plates are offered in mild steel or advanced Engineering Thermoplastic (ETP) for reduced weight and improved corrosion resistance in wet or chemical environments.
Each panel is precision vacuum-moulded to achieve a 100% rubber tear bond, ensuring the ceramic tiles remain securely fixed even under extreme conditions. (double up muna, I’ll find another option
