Magnetic Strength That Redefines Fast Change-Outs

At the core of Magnefast™ wear panel systems lies Elastotec’s high-strength Neodymium magnet technology – engineered for powerful, reliable magnetic attachment without the need for bolts or substrate drilling.

A standard high-strength magnet (≈20 mm diameter) has a holding force of 15–20 kgf in every direction. Magnefast™ technology focuses that force in one direction – increasing holding strength to over 50 kgf.

In testing, when the magnet is placed with its back surface down, it can be easily removed (<1 kgf). Flip it over, and the focused magnetic side locks onto steel with 55 kgf of force — impossible to move by hand.

Each Magnefast™ wear panel features threaded countersunk holes that secure magnets directly into the backing plate. A 300 × 300 mm panel with nine magnets achieves a total holding force of nearly 500 kgf and can be installed or removed in under 30 seconds.
