Elastotec Pulley Lagging Delivers
Our Pulley Lagging Four Pillar Process

Selection
With so many options available, making sure you have the right solutions at the outset is crucial. We look at your systems, past performance, current conditions and various locations to see how the product is wearing.

Application
Incorrect installation is the cause of common failures including debonding, lifting and joint separation. From reviewing application techniques to working conditions, Elastotec will analyse where your system is failing.

Design
Elastotec is committed to ongoing research and development to ensure our pulley lagging and wear panel solutions meet the continued demands of mine site operations.

Quality
Independently audited systems that comply with ISO 9001:2008 ensure Elastotec products are manufactured to the highest quality.
Elastotec Through the Years
Elastotec is committed to the production and development of the highest quality, longest lasting pulley lagging and ceramic wear panels for the global mining industry.
2010
Elastotec Pulley Lagging is established in Thornleigh, Sydney, Australia.
Driven to develop the best pulley lagging on the market: Lagging that lasts as long as mechanical components of the pulley itself. Unique ceramic-to-rubber bonding system developed, guaranteeing no ceramic debonding from the rubber.
2012
Development of Elastotec hot vulcanised rubber-backed ceramic lagging. Pulley Lagging engineered to be vulcanised in an Autoclave without affecting properties. Ceramic with guaranteed tile bond to rubber, and bond to pulley shell.
2014
Elastotec introduces an industry-first Polyurethane lagging for both cold bonded and hot vulcanised application that improves service life and resistance to build up.
2015
Elastotec goes global, with expansion of our network of approved applicators to overseas markets – benefitting from diverse markets and conveyors operating conditions to improve lagging performance. This is coupled with expansions to the Elastotec sales, operations and product development teams.
2016
Elastotec introduces a highperformance Direct Bond Ceramic Lagging that combines excellent in field performance with greatly improved ease of application.
2016
Elastotec introduces a high performance Direct Bond Ceramic Lagging that combines excellent in field performance with greatly improved ease of application.
2018
Elastotec expands manufacturing with a new factory in Vietnam to service international customers and moves to a much larger new factory in Somersby NSW to service Australian customers.
2019
Magnefast Wear Panel system is introduced as a revolutionary system to increase reduce wear liner and maintenance costs.
2021
Elastotec Extreme Rubber lagging is developed for High Power Drive and High Tension Bend Pulleys where improved resistance to abrasion and wear are required.
2022
Elastotec’s ‘4 Pillars for Lagging Performance’ is introduced: Lagging Quality, Application Quality, Lagging Design and Lagging Selection.
Introduction of Smart Pricing platform as an easy quoting/stock availability tool for customers.
2023
Elastotec introduces another first with Crowned Rubber and Ceramic Lagging for improved belt tracking.
