Crowned Ceramic Lagging

Elastotec Crowned Ceramic Lagging is designed to be applied to flat pulley shells, to provide a crowned profile which will improve belt tracking.

The strips are molded with a built in CN bonding layer, which eliminates the need for additional rubber layers. The lagging is buffed after molding to taper the thickness towards the edges, creating the crowned effect.

Cold or Hot Application

Choose buffed bonding layer for cold bond, or uncured adhesive version for hot vulcanisation.

Durable Compounds

Available in SBR (above ground) and FRAS (underground/high risk), both offering good abrasion resistance and outdoor exposure resilience.

Wide Temperature Tolerance

Designed to perform reliably from -40 °C to +70 °C.

Ready-to-fit Strips

Supplied in 250 mm wide strips, with colour logos (for compound type) and cutting sipe, easing installation.
