Elastotec’s Medium Single Row 38% Ceramic Lagging is engineered to balance enhanced grip and wear resistance for pulleys operating in harsh or abrasive environments. With 38 % ceramic tile coverage in a single row layout, it improves traction over pure rubber lagging while still maintaining flexibility and cost-effectiveness. Designed for use on drive, tail, bend, or snub pulleys, it performs reliably in muddy, clay-laden, or wet conditions and supports conveyors under high tension.

This lagging can be applied via cold bonding or hot vulcanisation, and is supplied in strip, roll, or custom-cut formats to suit different pulley widths and installation practices.
